Magic lamps, flying carpets and flaming scimitars at the ready! This ruthless crew of raiders are currently cruising the northern waters in the Animosity 6: The Scales of the North campaign.

Orc for one and one for Orc!

Having seen the awful-but-fun new Three Musketeers movie… Another Mordheim Orc and Goblin Warband begins!

Hogtagnon (Orc Shaman)
The smallest and youngest of the MusketOrcs but the most hot-headed and impetuous, he is always running head-long into a fight he can’t win. Somehow he has never noticed that he is a Shaman and it is his magical powers that get him out of peril more often than not!

Wathos (Orc Boss)
The oldest MusketOrc, he is a swaggering drunk who is a grizzled veteran with a very dark outlook on life, which makes him seem brave to the point of suicidal.

Arrer-miss (Orc Big’Un)
The quiet and thoughtful one: skilled with a blade and armed with an equally sharp wit but he is suspicious and untrusting.

Boarthos (Orc Big’Un)
A greedy and gluttonous but optimistic Orc, he is immensely strong and loyal to the other MusketOrcs but stupid and vain.

Punchitt (Troll)
A lumbering and stupid oaf who is always eager to please Hogtagnon.

I’ve (finally) added a musician and a standard bearer to the Gloomwyrms and the Rotmoons so they will now start appearing in full Warhammer games. For Mordheim I’m back to using the Ogresuns but something new for them is in the works…

I’ve started a new Mordheim warband (The Rotmoons) for the “Animosity 5: Estalian Sun” campaign. Spanish themed Orcs and Goblins with influences from Francis Drake’s adventures, Blackadder II, the Spanish Armada and a few other random things.

Season of the Witch

The trees are turning and the nights are drawing in. Misty mornings and dark nights mean more supernatural activity in Vercuso. The season of the Witch is here… (The Treachery and Greed campaign is over and I’m switching Mordheim warband back to the NachtJägers!)

As a result I’ve finally got round to finish painting the latest batch of 4 Orc Zealots.

The Cult of Speed!

Somewhere in the Badlands a strange new Waaagh! is growing. Dust clouds gather on the horizon and the sound of over-excited Orcs and Goblins drifts over the landscape.

Warboss Uzbad Brokejaw is gathering a mob of Orcs and Goblins who have one thing in common: an obsession speed and, more particularly, with Chariots!

The red-painted machines hurtle round the Greenskins’ makeshift camp and break-neck speeds racing each other, while the Boyz of the new tribe cheer and shout their support and occasionally fight each other.

So far I have only been re-painting my old Orc Boyz for this new project but I have started building a 12 Chariot army! More soon…
